Your package will include power adapters. Just plug the adapter into your wall outlet and your neon sign will light up.
Your neon sign will stay powered on for more than 80,000 hours. That is equivalent of about 10 years of usage.
Your LED neon signs need little maintenance from you other than your attention from looking at it. Maybe mostly dusting?
This depends on the size and complexity of your design, but our usual turnaround time is about 3-5 weeks. The production time is usually 7-10 business days and the shipping time ranges from 2-7 business days. The shipping time may vary depending on the shipping option you choose.
Please let us know as early as possible for your request if you need to receive your sign(s) by a specific date. We will do our best to accommodate you.
Your shipping packages will be custom-built. We specifically cut the boxes so that your neon sign will fit in comfortably during shipping with bubble wraps and foams.
We always strive for the highest quality and the most meticulous craftsmanship. All custom-made items will be a final sale unless you receive a production defect.
Limited warranty of one year with purchase receipt. Warranty only covers production defects.
All of our neon signs are hand-crafted. Every piece made is a form of art. We always try our best to match with your sketch/design, but hand-made products are not computers. Sometimes little differences will be noticeable. Please keep this in mind when requesting custom neon signs from us.
